Born in 1993, Giannis is the originator and creator of the restaurant’s philosophy and menu, nestled within the 5-star Gennadi Grand Resort hotel.
With a passion for cooking deeply rooted in his soul, Giannis crafted a narrative of “Timeless Gastronomy,” blending everyday Greek ingredients with haute cuisine techniques.
His mission? To transport guests to the heart of Greek homes, where every meal tells a story. Having honed his skills across Greece and in esteemed American kitchens, Giannis now leads the culinary team at Lindos Hotels Group, curating exquisite dining experiences at the Gennadi Grand Resort.

Meet Chrysa Kavardina, hailing from Thessaloniki. Pursuing her childhood dream, she delved into the art of cooking, marking the beginning of her professional journey in 2013 on the picturesque island of Rhodes, where she remains to this day.
Since 2022, Chrysa has been an integral part of the team at the Gennadi Grand Resort hotel, with a pivotal role at the esteemed “Edesma” restaurant.
Her passion for culinary trends, combined with a knack for originality, led to professional advancement in 2023, and she continues to evolve, bringing innovation and expertise to every dish.

Lazaros Pachos

Introducing Lazaros Pachos, our esteemed Pastry Chef at Edesma restaurant. Born on the island of Rhodes in 1992, Lazaros embarked on his culinary journey straight from school in Greece, specializing in pastry since 2007.
A highlight of his illustrious career includes working at the renowned “Geranium” restaurant, boasting 3 Michelin stars, as well as the esteemed 1-star Michelin establishment, “Winch”.
In the realm of confectionery, Lazaros infuses passion into every creation, while his innate creativity adds the perfect finishing touch. With each dessert, he orchestrates a symphony of sweetness that tantalizes the taste buds and awakens the senses of our esteemed guests.
